Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. If the email does not arrive, write to support.
A field user cannot sign in.
Check that the person was invited to your company and to a pool in the web admin.
An address is wrong or the project is finished.
Record it on the visit. NavHunter takes it out of your pools so your team stops driving there.
